1. Dutch Speeches topics are: 

• Opoffering van leven, bezit, tijd en eer in de moderne tijd.
• Breek je belofte niet, wees trouw.
• Kennis verwerven ten dienste van religie.
• Opdrachtvoorwaarden en onze verantwoordelijkheden.

2. The Maximum duration of the speech is 5 Minutes.

3. 1st bell will ring on 4 minutes and last bell will ring on 5 minutes.

4. If the speech will be longer then 5 minutes or less then 4 minutes then each judge will deduct 2 Marks.

5. Pronunciation 10 Marks
    Material 10 Marks
    Way of delivery 10 Marks
    Total 30 Marks.

6. All decisions of the judges will be the final decisions.

7. Those Khuddam who achieved 1st and 2nd positions in regional Ijtema only they will participate in this competition.

8. Participants will deliver their speeches in any language.

9. Reading from a mobile phone is not allowed.
