I hope by the grace of Allah you will be in good state of health.
Department Sehat-e-Jismani is organising its 2nd Khuddam Cricket League which will be held at 24th December 2022 at 13:30. The following attachment displays the current standings of the league.
Hereby some rules highlighted, to avoid any misunderstandings. And so safe time during the play.
- If the ball hits the roof it is 1run
- No score running on a leg bye
- If batsman strikes the ball and it hits 2 walls only 1run count for wall touch.
Overthrow by the fielding side:
-If The ball touches 2 walls, 2 runs will be counted
-If The ball hits the side wall and hits the straight boundary 1 + 4 runs will be counted.
- Running between the wicket is counted as 2runs.
- If the fielder is touching the straight boundary will holding the ball. Its not counted as a boundary. The ball needs to hit the boundary to be considered 4 or a 6.
- You can be caught out on the boundary even if the fielder is touching the boundaryline.
- For any issues which need to be discussed only the captain is allowed to speak to the umpires!
Captains, please make sure your team attends. Players who haven’t played in any team yet can still participate. Please not change of venue! It is still in Utrecht but a different Hal.
