1. Maximum two Khuddam can participate from each Majlis.

2. Judges will give you 2 topics for extempore speech. Participants will deliver their speeches in one of those topics.

3. Judges will give you 2 minutes for prepare your speech. You can note down some important points on paper.

4. Participants will delivered their speeches in Urdu, English or Dutch languages.

5. The maximum duration for speech is 3 minutes. The first bell will ring on two minutes and thirty seconds and the final bell will ring on 3 minutes.

6. If the speech is longer than 3 minutes. Marks will be deducted.

7. Pronunciation; 10 marks,
    Material: 10 marks,
    Way of delivering the speech: 10 marks.
    Total marks= 30.

8. Its compulsory for all participants to turn off their mobiles during the notes & speech.

9. All decisions made by the judges are final.
