Kickball
- Each team must have at least 8 players.
- The field is shaped like a diamond, similar to baseball, consisting of 4 bases: first, second, third, and home.
- Only the attacking team can score points. A kicker who kicks the ball into the field must attempt to safely reach first base. After that, they must try to proceed via second and third base to reach home plate. If they succeed without being tagged out and before the inning ends, they score a point. Every next kicker who reaches home plate via the bases also scores a point.
- The fielding team defends in various ways. If the kicker fails to kick the ball properly on the first try, they are out (1 out). A caught ball is also an out, and a player who is tagged on the bases is also out. If a player is hit with the ball (below the shoulders) while running between bases, that is also an out. After three outs, teams switch sides.
- Each match consists of 5 innings or a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Players can only be substituted during the fielding phase.
