Footwear Requirement:
All players must wear sports shoes without spikes

1. Team Composition

• This is a team competition between regional teams.
• Each team consists of 4 Khuddam (runners).

2. Starting Rules

• Each team is allowed one false start.
• On the second false start, the team will be disqualified.

3. Baton Exchange

• The baton (Stick) must be passed within the designated exchange zone.
• Passing the baton before the exchange zone will result in disqualification.
• If the baton is dropped during the handover, the team will be disqualified.

4. Running Rules

• Each runner must stay in their assigned lane throughout their leg of the race.
• Obstructing other teams or interfering with another runner can lead to disqualification.
• For safety reasons, participation without footwear (barefoot) is not allowed.

5. Race Format & Timing

• If there is enough space, all teams will run at the same time as in a normal relay race.
• If there is not enough space, teams will run one by one, and times will be recorded.
• The team with the fastest time wins.
• If two or more teams have the same time, the three fastest teams will race again simultaneously to determine the final winner.
