Objective of the Game
- The goal of Sabit Qadmi is to maintain your balance on one foot while using only your shoulders to unbalance opponents.
- The last player remaining inside the circle on one foot wins.
Game Setup
- Multiple players start inside a large designated circle.
- Each player must stand on one foot, holding their other foot up.
- Hands cannot be used to push or block; only shoulders can be used to unbalance opponents.
- After a set time, the circle size will be reduced, forcing players to move and engage.
How to Play
- Players must use their shoulders to push opponents while maintaining their balance on one foot.
- If a player steps out of the circle or puts their second foot down, they are eliminated.
- Players cannot hold or grab opponents.
- The match continues until only one player remains standing on one foot inside the shrinking circle.
Losing Conditions (Elimination Rules)
A player is eliminated if:
- Their raised foot touches the ground.
- They step outside the designated circle.
- They use hands or arms to push, grab, or hold opponents.
- They fall or lose control of their balance.
- Circle Reduction Rule
- If too many players remain after a set time, the circle will be made smaller to force engagement.
- Players must actively engage using their shoulders instead of standing still.
Prohibited Actions
- Using hands or arms to push, hold, or grab opponents.
- Kicking or using the raised foot for advantage.
- Deliberately avoiding engagement by standing still for too long.
- Using excessive force that could cause injury.
Competition Format & Winning Criteria
- The game continues until only one player remains inside the circle on one foot.
- The last remaining player wins.
Eligibility & Safety
- Top 2 from each competition will qualify for the National Ijtema.
- For safety reasons, dangerous force or reckless pushing is not allowed.
