Objective of the Game

  • The goal of Sabit Qadmi is to maintain your balance on one foot while using only your shoulders to unbalance opponents.
  • The last player remaining inside the circle on one foot wins.

Game Setup

  • Multiple players start inside a large designated circle.
  • Each player must stand on one foot, holding their other foot up.
  • Hands cannot be used to push or block; only shoulders can be used to unbalance opponents.
  • After a set time, the circle size will be reduced, forcing players to move and engage.

How to Play

  • Players must use their shoulders to push opponents while maintaining their balance on one foot.
  • If a player steps out of the circle or puts their second foot down, they are eliminated.
  • Players cannot hold or grab opponents.
  • The match continues until only one player remains standing on one foot inside the shrinking circle.

Losing Conditions (Elimination Rules)

A player is eliminated if:

  1. Their raised foot touches the ground.
  2. They step outside the designated circle.
  3. They use hands or arms to push, grab, or hold opponents.
  4. They fall or lose control of their balance.
  5. Circle Reduction Rule

  • If too many players remain after a set time, the circle will be made smaller to force engagement.
  • Players must actively engage using their shoulders instead of standing still.

Prohibited Actions

  • Using hands or arms to push, hold, or grab opponents.
  • Kicking or using the raised foot for advantage.
  • Deliberately avoiding engagement by standing still for too long.
  • Using excessive force that could cause injury.

  • The last remaining player wins.
