Tug of War
- Each team consists of 8 active pullers and 2 substitutes.
- Substitutes may be changed after any round, including during the match.
- A match consists of the best of 3 rounds.
- Teams start with the rope’s center mark aligned with the ground marking.
- No pulling is allowed until the referee gives the start signal.
- A team wins a round by pulling the center mark on the rope past their designated winning line.
- If a team falls or lets go of the rope, the opposing team wins the round.
- Participants must wear sports shoes (no spikes or cleats).
- The referee has the final say in case of disputes or unclear results.
