General Rules

All participants are expected to be aware of the program and be present on time for the competitions. If a participant is not present on time, he will not be allowed to take part in the competition.
For team competitions, the entire team must be present on time. If a team is not on time, they will not be allowed to participate.
Each team must have a captain present for communication with the organizers.
All participants must be familiar with the rules.
A Majlis may only participate with one team in the team competitions, and all team members must belong to that Majlis. Khuddam from other Majalis may not be borrowed. If a Majlis cannot form a complete team, that team is not allowed to participate in the competition.
A Regional may only participate with one team in the team competitions, and all team members must belong to that Region. Khuddam from other Region may not be borrowed. If a Region cannot form a complete team, that team is not allowed to participate in the competition.
